After 2 years without being able to get together, our ION CLUB teams from all over the world finally met again at the beginning of May. Tarifa was our destination for the 35th edition of the annual Center Manager meeting.
A week that reflected our core values:
Passion, Professionalism, Happiness, Truth, and Responsibility.Â
The week was also a great opportunity to exchange views on our sports offerings and our standards, in order to ensure that we continue to offer you the very best products and services available.
Our long-time partners also joined us, and we were really happy to meet our friends from Duotone Pro Center, Duotone, ION & Fanatic to join in the exchange with our team members, and to reinforce our strong collaboration.
We also secured our second international office in Tarifa! In 2020 we decided to open a second office in Tarifa in addition to our International Office in Munich. We felt the need to be closer to a top surfing location for our service and sales teams. It is important to us that the people in our product creation team, and those who help you every day to find your perfect destination are close to their passion. What better place to work?
Tarifa is a very important place for us. This is where we opened one of our first windsurfing centres in 1987. In the last 30 years, Tarifa has become the most attractive place for windsurfing, kitesurfing, and wing sports in Europe.
During the week-long meeting the wind conditions were optimal and so we all got on the water!Â
What an amazing moment to have the whole team there together.
