What are you looking for ?
How can I make a booking ?
Choose your destination, your activity, your option and click on the ‘Book’ button. Now you can enter your dates, and choose your service. For lessons, pick the numbers of hours of your package and for rental, if you want to book a fix board tick the box and choose the board model you want and you add it to your cart.
Do I have to book in advance ?
We recommend you to book in advance. Without any booking, we cannot guarantee availability at our center.
Do I have to give my payments details when making a booking ?
After making your booking, you will have the choice between 3 differents ways of payments. You can pay by credit card, in which case you will be asked to give your banking details. You can also pay either by Paypal or Bank transfer. With the last option, your booking will be blocked for 4 days, until we have received the transfer confirmation.
Will I get a voucher?
Once your payment has been received, you will get an email confirmation with a booking number. That is the only thing you will need when checking in at the center.
How can I pay ?
You have the options to pay by credit card, via PayPal and Bank transfer is possible if your arrival date is minimum 7 days ahead.
Can I pay on the spot ?
If you prefer to pay on the spot, no problem but local price list will apply and availability is not guaranteed.

Is my payment on ION CLUB website safe?
Concardis PayEngine e-Commerce is the platform we are using for credit card payment, and a secure payment system designed and managed by Concardis GmbH.
This website secures your private information using an SSL/TLS Certificate. Information exchanged with any address beginning with https is encrypted using SSL/TLS.
Can I book for the same day?
No. Your booking needs to be done at least 24h before your arrival date.

How do I know if my booking request has been confirmed?
You should receive an order confirmation email with your booking number/reference. Please note that we do not send vouchers anymore, with your Booking number you can do the check-in at the center.
Can I change my reservation?

My Lesson got cancelled due to the lack of wind. Do I get my money back?
If your lesson couldn’t take place due to weather conditions, for example, you will be offered a credit voucher to be used at any of our ION CLUB Centers Worldwide within 24 months. Please get in touch with our booking department first in order to book your holiday with a credit voucher.

What’s your cancellation policy?
When you want to cancel your booking, a Credit Voucher (Valid 24 months in all ION CLUB Destinations) of the total amount is offered in the first place.
If you prefers a refund, some cancellations fees may apply:
Up to 31 days before departure: Administration Fees // 30 euros
30 till 8 days before departure: 50% of Total Amount
7 till 1 day before departure: 75% of Total Amount
Day of Departure : 100% of Total Amount

What happens to my booking in case of bad weather?
Lessons: If the weather is not allowing your lessons to take place we will try to reschedule it. If it still doesn’t happen during your stay, you will be offered a credit voucher. Only in the case of an injury/illness, you can ask for a refund (medical certificate required).
Rental: In case of no wind, you are free to use our SUP Boards at no extra cost. Only in the case of an injury/illness, you can ask for a refund (medical certificate required).
How can I contact the center?
You will find the contact details of each center on their center page (phone, Whatsapp, or email).
Where’s the meeting point?
The meeting point on your arrival day is always at the center. Then if there are any changes your instructor or the staff at the counter will let you know.
What should I wear?
If you have your own wetsuit and harness, we recommend you to take those with you. Nevertheless we do have a wide range of wetsuits and harnesses (waist and seat harnesses) available and those are included in the lessons and rental activities.
I have booked a windsurf rental (consecutive days) but there is no wind. Can I get a refund?
In the unfortunate case whether you get zero wind at the destination, you can use our SUP boards for free. Only in the case of injury/illness, you would be entitled to a refund (medical certificate required).
Do I need to print the confirmation?
It is not necessary. Let’s go paperless!
